X-Mines-Consult is a non-profit association open to all engineers of
the Ecole Polytechnique and Ecole des Mines (Paris, Nancy,
Saint-Etienne), bridges, telecommunications, and ENSAE ' others that
provide services or intellectuals are interested in these activities.
To improve their performance and control costs, companies assign
tasks to others in all areas including the most critical: strategy,
innovation, project management, improved operational performance,
international development, ...
Leaders reduce their staffs and involve professionals and trust.
They do not seek access to positions of responsibility within the
company. Nor do they have to ensure the workload of many employees as
those who run a consulting firm.
